How this pipeline works
▶ Watch a real run — an interactive walkthrough

This is an automated assembly line: it turns a written task into reviewed, ready-to-approve work — with a person always making the final call.

How a task starts: when a task is moved to “In Progress” in ClickUp, the assembly line picks it up on its own — no one has to start it by hand.

What makes a task eligible: two things — it is in the pipeline’s task list, and it has a description. If the description is thin, the pipeline attempts to enrich it automatically before proceeding.

The steps each task moves through are shown in the journey map at the top of this page — click any stage to see what happens in it.

Paused means something needs a closer look before it can continue — the team is on it.

This page updates on its own every few seconds, so you can watch tasks move through these steps live.
